Just a guy who loves couscous and now I'm here.
This moment feels so surreal. The idea for Boostcous started over three years ago. My mom actually just sent me a video of me trying to make Boostcous in her kitchen in Austin, November of 2023. It was an utter failure. I won't bore you with the details.
Fast forward. Today we are making over 150,000 boxes. We're on track to make over a million boxes in the next year.
None of that would be possible without you guys. So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for supporting us. For commenting on our Instagram. For emailing us. For buying our boxes. For telling your friends. For eating a healthier diet with high protein couscous.
Thank you so much. We have so many new products coming down the line. We can't wait to share them with you.
But I just had to say thank you. And I am so proud of what we built. It started with a failed batch in my mom's kitchen, and now there are 150,000 boxes behind me. That's the thing about launching something on your 35th birthday after two years of late nights. You never know where it goes.
Three years from kitchen failure to 150,000 boxes. A million in the next year. New products on the way.
None of it happens without the people who showed up early, bought the first boxes, and told someone else. That's the whole business.
