I’m Bar Bruhis, General Manager at KnoCommerce and creator of Don’t V*LOOKUP, a podcast and newsletter about using data to make better business decisions.

I’ve spent my career helping eCommerce brands understand their customers through meaningful data. At KnoCommerce, I lead teams that turn post-purchase feedback into insights that drive smarter growth. My focus is always on connecting data, strategy, and human behavior because great businesses are built on understanding people, not just numbers.

Outside of KnoCommerce, I run Don’t V*LOOKUP, a project born out of a simple observation: data is abundant, yet operators still rely on intuition to make critical decisions. Often, that’s not because they don’t want to use data, but because they’ve been misled by false signals, complex tools, or loud marketing voices that aren’t grounded in truth.

Before joining KnoCommerce, I worked across revenue and partnership strategy roles in the tech and eCommerce space. Those experiences shaped how I think about growth as something sustainable, customer-led, and measurable.

I hold a BBA in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.

When I’m not working, I’m usually thinking about new ways teams can use data more effectively or recording the next episode of Don’t V*LOOKUP.
